• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards.
• Manage guest traffic flow and monitor productivity at the front end.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to meet service levels.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and approvals promptly and professionally.
• Keep front end clean and organized, parking lot clear of debris and carts.
• Be a positive role model in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Block unused check lanes when not in use.
• Enforce Asset Protection and Shrink Control policies.
