Aufgaben

• Supervise and provide guests with fast, pleasant checkout via Guest Service Standards.
• Prepare weekly cash report and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits according to policy.
• Oversee cashier-related activities and payroll check approval/cashing.
• Ensure accurate daily cash count.
• Handle guest needs such as money orders, stamps, lottery tickets, etc.
• Process returned checks according to policy.
• Ensure cash office security and accountability of cashier tills.
• Maintain supplies for front end and cash office.
• Monitor Operator Activity Report and perform till audits.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule to ensure guest service levels.
• Execute No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
