Job Overview:
Assisting the Front Office Manager in the day to day operations of the front desk while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
Warmly welcome and register guests, to assisting with guest departures while providing prompt and courteous service.
Ensuring the guest stay meets Hilton's Brand Standards.
Resolving any guest issues.
Assist with the supervision and training of the front office staff.
