Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is recruiting a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served. You’ll keep a clean, organized line, train the crew, and support various restaurant tasks while clocked in.

You’ll develop front-of-house staff, assist with performance reviews, and help with office duties and supplies to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure high quality food is served and maintained on the line.
• Help resolve food quality issues and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Support with crew scheduling, breaks, and shifts.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Assist with training and development of front-of-house crew.
