Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and that the crew is well trained and provides excellent service. You will keep the line clean, organized, and properly staffed and be prepared to assist when busy.

You will help resolve customer incidents, monitor breaks and shifts, and develop front-of-house crew through training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy helpful.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life, Daily Food Safety Checklist.
