Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while training and guiding the restaurant crew. The role requires hands-on customer service, kitchen line supervision, and leadership development responsibilities.

The position emphasizes food safety, proper line operation, and office task support, with opportunities for advancement within a values-driven, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety checkpoints and glove changes, monitor line time/temperature.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks (banking, cash handling policies).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in working order.
