• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning properly; train crew.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support crew as needed.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties, banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are available and functioning.
