Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a top-notch customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and training the restaurant crew. The role requires staying on your feet, keeping a clean line, and proactively tackling tasks when not busy.

Responsibilities include upholding food safety, supervising shifts and breaks, and developing future leaders while supporting office duties as needed. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, gloves, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future service leaders.
• Assist with banking and office paperwork.
• Keep office equipment working and supplies stocked.
• Maintain proper supply levels.
