Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized; ensure line equipment functions properly.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews and shift schedules.
• Monitor food safety practices including hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and contribute to positive customer experiences.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are maintained and stocked.
