Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent customer service.

You will keep the line clean and organized, manage line equipment, and step in to assist when not busy. The role requires standing and hands-on leadership to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life checks, and safety checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order.
