Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role also involves training the restaurant crew and keeping the line organized with properly functioning equipment.

The Service Leader will help resolve food quality issues, monitor line operations, and assist with crew development and office duties as needed. A high school diploma and prior restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with developing future leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are in working order and restocked as needed.
