Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain an excellent customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained crew members. The role involves keeping a clean, efficient line and assisting with tasks when not busy, while supporting customer service and food safety across shifts.

The position emphasizes staff development, training, and contributing to a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Able to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with future leaders.
