Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader at our Heath, OH location to ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while coaching a crew to deliver excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized line and supervising shifts, breaks, and training.

You will support crew development, assist with shop operations, and help uphold food safety standards and daily procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to understand and communicate Chipotle policies.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized and ensure equipment functions.
• Train and coach crew, schedule breaks and shift changes.
• Assist with office tasks and inventory as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.
