Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature, shelf lives, and daily checklists.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration: banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
