Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role also requires keeping the line orderly and assisting with office tasks as needed.

On-your-feet duties include monitoring schedules, coaching crew, and helping with shifts. This on-site position supports operations and development within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Provide office support such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
