Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant line is clean and organized and the crew is well trained for excellent service.

The Service Leader supports food safety, monitors line time and temperature, and engages in staff development and scheduling. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and cash handling policies.
