Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and training the restaurant crew. The role requires staying on the restaurant line, supporting food safety, and helping with schedule management and admin tasks.

You will work to resolve customer incidents, supervise shifts, and develop future leaders while aligning with Chipotle’s values and service standards. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualificações

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
• Ensure office supplies are ordered and equipment works.
