Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• On your feet while clocked in; assist when not busy.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and schedules.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with duties.
• Support office administration tasks and supplies management.
