You will lead from the floor, act as Supervisor on Duty, and contribute to hiring, coaching, and daily operations to deliver a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to meet guest needs and articulate value of our product and brand.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures and lead floor operations as Supervisor on Duty.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide feedback, recognition, coaching, and hands-on development to colleagues.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and fun team environment.
