lululemon in Edina, MN is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive the on-floor guest experience and lead the store team toward daily sales and unit targets. You will mentor colleagues, provide technical product education, and act as Supervisor on Duty, ensuring an inclusive, high-energy environment for guests and teammates.

The role requires retail experience and leadership ability with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests and assist when others are unavailable.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to support business needs and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members to support growth.
