Job summary

lululemon in North Carolina is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join the store leadership team. The role focuses on delivering an exemplary in‑store guest experience through product education and strong team leadership.

You will supervise on duty, hire and onboard teammates, coach performance, and drive sales goals while maintaining an inclusive, energetic store environment. Flexibility for varied shifts and events is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and teammates as needed.
• Open and close the store following procedures; supervise on duty when on shift.
• Review daily data to track sales progress and coach the team toward targets.
• Participate in the store hiring process and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and collaboration.
