Chick-fil-A in Chandler, AZ is seeking a leader to accelerate growth through structured exposure to restaurant operations and the Chick-fil-A culture. The role supports the Operator and senior leadership in daily operations and accountability for Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Service.

This is a Full-time position with 40+ hours weekly, offering competitive pay and benefits. Leaders will train, mentor new hires, and model the company values in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Chick-fil-A leadership experience; 1 year+ at Chick-fil-A or equivalent leadership role.
• Full-time Open Availability.

Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

• Open (5:00 AM) and/or closing (11:00 PM) availability
