Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Leader to support senior leadership, coach team members, and uphold our Operational Excellence and service standards. The role starts as a Team Member to learn the flow of positions you may lead, with multi-month training and progression built in.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, coaching staff, and maintaining a positive guest experience. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Charlotte, NC.

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in fast paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count cashier tills and finalize day
