This leadership role requires flexible availability (evenings and Saturdays); Sundays off. Starting pay is $17+ per hour, with ongoing leadership development and clear paths for advancement in a fast-paced, people-focused restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members during daily restaurant operations
• Coach, train, and develop team members and future leaders
• Hold team members accountable to standards and expectations
• Grow and develop other leaders
• Delegate responsibilities and follow up on execution
• Participate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Provide excellent guest service and handle guest recovery situations
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Participate in leadership meetings and ongoing training
• Help manage restaurant labor and deployment
• Assist with cash management and inventory control
