Chick-fil-A in Chandler is seeking a leadership-focused candidate to support operators and senior leadership in daily restaurant operations. You will help maintain high standards of service, train new hires, and promote Chick-fil-A values and culture.

• Prior Chick-fil-A Director level experience is required.

Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open (5:00 AM) and/or closing (11:00 PM) availability
