Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep the line clean and equipment functional, clocked in and ready to assist when not busy.

The role emphasizes service, training, and cross-training front-of-house staff. You will also handle cash policies, support food safety, monitor line time and temp, and participate in crew evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Able to read/write English at work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line health, time, and temperatures; follow food safety policies.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration and maintain supplies.
