Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to sustain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and trained crew members. You will maintain a clean, efficient line, monitor line equipment, and step in to help with tasks when not busy.

You will also lead crew development, assist with performance reviews, and support office duties like banking and paperwork, while upholding Chipotle policies and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Understanding and adhering to cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and standard operating procedures.
• Restaurant experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functional equipment.
• Supervise crew, train on the job, and support breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are in good working order.
