Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a premium in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and help meet daily sales targets as part of the store leadership team.

You will coach team members, participate in hiring decisions, and promote an inclusive, supportive work environment while ensuring guest connections and product knowledge remain at the forefront of service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
