Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Availability to work varying shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests regarding product features and benefits.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.
• Maintain store readiness and operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training processes.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales goals.
