lululemon is looking for a Guest Experience Lead in California to guide the guest experience on the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive daily sales targets. You will participate in hiring, training, and act as Supervisor on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience highlighted.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide ongoing technical product education and guest support.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to maintain store operations and guest satisfaction.
• Review daily data to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Give direct feedback, recognition, and coaching to teammates.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and productive team environment.
