Qualificações

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Guest Experience: set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and shifts; ensure proper staffing.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to drive performance and improvements.
• Drive team engagement and foster a culture of care and accountability.
• Uphold Topgolf's standards, safety, and a positive, high-energy environment.
