Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and team members.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) and assist on store operations.
• Support store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to foster growth.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment and drive sales performance.
