lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our store leadership team. You will drive the guest experience on the floor by delivering technical product education and leading team members to meet daily sales targets.

You will mentor and evaluate staff, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty when required, ensuring exceptional service and an inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the store location country.
• 1 year of retail or customer experience; ability to resolve guest issues.
• Experience mentoring, leading, or delegating to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide ongoing product education and assist guests when teammates are unavailable.
• Open/close the store according to procedures and monitor daily sales metrics.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching to develop the team.
