Job summary

lululemon seeks a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor team. You will be part of the store leadership, driving sales and guest satisfaction while guiding daily operations and team performance.

You will participate in hiring, coaching, and performance feedback, helping teammates grow and maintain an inclusive, high-energy environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life on the floor and lead by example.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests to meet their needs.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and contribute to store performance and guest satisfaction.
• Support hiring and coaching, giving direct feedback and recognition.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and productive team environment.
