lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience and to lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty. You will drive store performance by achieving daily sales targets and coaching the team on product education and service.

The role involves recruiting input, onboarding new hires, and providing ongoing feedback to develop team members while maintaining an inclusive, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and support guests’ needs.
• Drive store performance by meeting daily sales targets and leading the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Offer direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
