Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and representing the brand on the floor.

You will be part of the store leadership team, drive performance toward daily sales targets, supervise and mentor team members, and contribute to hiring decisions while maintaining an inclusive environment.

This role requires flexibility with shifts and strong guest-resolver skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Assist with store readiness and floor supervision
• Participate in hiring decisions and coaching of team members
