Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader to create an inspiring guest experience in-store. You will hire, train, and develop a diverse team that delivers authentic connections with guests while driving sales and meeting goals.

The role requires strong hospitality leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to giving back to the community through programs like Mission Monday. On-site work with a 40+ hour schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Proven hospitality leadership with P&L awareness.
• Attention to detail and guest-focused environment.
• Commitment to community involvement and causes.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours including nights/weekends.
• 1 year Retail or Hospitality Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability for standing, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities
