You will partner with Store Leadership to implement visual standards, loss prevention, and daily operations while upholding the brand's values of service and community impact. The role emphasizes leadership on the sales floor, training associates, and delivering consistent service that aligns with our mission to stand out for good.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience
• Coaches associates on guest interactions, recognizes great performance
• Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
• Represents the brand well by adhering to dress and grooming standards
• Completes opening/closing procedures as directed by management
• Adheres to loss prevention policies and procedures
• Serves as leader on duty as needed
