Qualifications

• Physical ability for prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, or squatting; may climb ladders and lift 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience consistently.
• Adhere to Altar’d State guest service standards.
• Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize strong performance.
• Lead as the on-duty leader when required.
• Maintain a clean, presentable store and assist merchandising and window displays.
• Follow loss prevention policies and procedures.
