Ulta Beauty is looking for an Experience Manager who will lead a team of stylists, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences, services, and retail growth at the store level.

The role focuses on driving performance through people leadership, scheduling, coaching, and operational excellence while upholding brand standards and a culture of accountability to sustain high guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proficient with technology and POS systems, and common office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

• Ability to react well under pressure and adapt to changing store needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing, scheduling, training, and development of team members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and brand standards across all duties.
