Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years retail management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team across salon, boutiques, and services to deliver top-line sales growth.
• Drive guest experience and loyalty metrics including NPS and service quality.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development to build a skilled, diverse team.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, dress code, and loss prevention procedures.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and operational routines to optimize profitability.
• Coach direct reports and foster a collaborative, guest-centric culture.
