Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience
• Financial management: top-line sales, payroll budgets, expense control
• Leadership experience: attract, develop and motivate talent

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive store performance across services, boutiques, and retail sales, while maintaining guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage scheduling, training, coaching, and development to enable ongoing performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety protocols; uphold Ulta Beauty’s brand and service culture.
