Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. You will drive guest experience, services, and retail sales while managing people, performance, and store operations.

The EM role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and development to deliver top-line results and a superior guest experience in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to support scheduling and optimize productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics and develop strategies using company programs to improve sales and guest experience.
• Lead makeup and skincare demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
