Job summary

Ulta Beauty, a leading beauty retailer, seeks an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers. You will own the guest experience, drive sales and manage services, boutiques and makeup across the store while upholding Ulta Beauty standards.

The EM will develop talent, ensure exceptional service, and maintain operations with a focus on attendance, payroll efficiency and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop talent.
• Experience in delivering excellent guest service and managing store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across salons, boutiques and services.
• Drive guest experience, sales and NPS through people, process and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and attendance standards.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity and profitability.
