Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and store leadership. You will own guest experience, services, boutiques, and retail sales, with accountability for NPS, guest satisfaction, and overall store performance.

The EM will drive top-line growth through exceptional guest service, training, scheduling, and program execution across makeup, skincare, and salon services, while upholding Ulta Beauty policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license or cosmetology management license required by state law where applicable.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity and payroll efficiency.
• Develop strategies to improve guest experience, loyalty, and service metrics.
• Coach and develop direct reports to enable professional growth and achieve APGs.
