Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability via operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Schedule optimization and payroll budgeting in collaboration with the GM.
• Address underperforming metrics with strategic programs and resources.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
