Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or equivalent.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use forecast and payroll budgets to plan schedules and maximize productivity within budget.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs and resources.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and educate guests on ingredients and benefits.
