Qualifications

• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting data, managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee services, boutiques, and retail sales including makeup and guest experience.
• Develop staffing plans and coach associates to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to improve performance and customer service.
