Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, with lead or supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven ability to coach others and achieve productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and model guest engagement.
• Support Bakery Manager in leading guest experience, cake production, brand presentation and inventory control.
• Assist in recruiting, training, directing daily work, and giving coaching feedback.
• Ensure standards for product, service, environment, safety, and NbC policies are met.
• Assist in operational tasks including scheduling, payroll, and reporting as needed.
• Co-manage special-order fulfillment via web/email for individuals and corporate accounts.
