Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to work with the Bakery Manager and team to deliver high-quality cakes, a warm guest experience, and strong profitability. You will help lead the team, manage day-to-day responsibilities, and ensure NbC standards across operations.

You will support recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance coaching, while upholding safety and brand standards and participating in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment.
• Experience leading others, coaching, and achieving productivity goals.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and models superior guest engagement.
• Partners with the Bakery Manager in leading guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, and inventory control.
• Supports recruitment, training, and coaching of team members; directs daily work and provides feedback.
• Ensures product, service, bakery environment, and visual standards meet NbC policies and safety standards.
